Meeting points
Meeting Points reflect the very spirit of the Civic Banking of Caja Navarra, a totally new banking concept which consists in recognising the rights of our customers whilst also encouraging them to exercise these rights. Promoted by Volcan, a service focussed on encouraging active participation and volunteer work, the Meeting Points are designed to bring together the Civic Banking Community, a community which already comprises more than a million people amongst our customers, social entities and their members and partners.
The idea is that, for a few days, customers and non-customers alike are offered the opportunity to gain an insight into the reality of those groups working in the various lines of social action. These information days include a range of cultural activities, talks, conferences and exhibitions in addition to basic volunteer training courses for those who have decided to participate in a social project. Moreover, the different entities involved can inform customers of possible ways to participate or to carry out volunteer work.
