VISA Medicus Mundi card

The Visa Medicus Mundi card provides you with credit for purchases and cash, and allows you to perform a range of cashpoint machine operations.

Plus points:

  • Use the credit this card makes available and the amount owed is settled on the first day of the next month in line with the amortisation formula previously chosen.
  • Amortisation of 100% of the amount owed and high-street payments are fee and interest free.

The VISA Medicus Mundi card allows you to:

  • Make high-street purchases.
  • Buy tickets for shows and events on-line or by telephone.
  • Withdraw cash from banks.
  • Use cashpoint machines:
    • Withdraw cash.
    • Pay money into accounts (cash / cheques).
    • Ask for balances and reports.
    • Top up mobile phone credit.
    • Top up prepaid cards.

You can use it at cashpoint machines:

  • Caja Navarra cashpoint machines and branches.
  • Euro 6000 cashpoint machines and branches.
  • Servired and 4B cashpoint machines.
  • Maestro/MasterCard Worldwide cashpoint machine network.
  • Cirrus worldwide cashpoint machine network.
  • Eufiserv (European Savings Banks) cashpoint machines.

In the high street:

  • Accepted in all Spanish shops.
  • Accepted throughout the Maestro/MasterCard worldwide high-street network.

It shares the same facilities, conditions and fees, and works just the same as a Visa Classic card, with the following exceptions:

  • Caja Navarra undertakes to donate part of the revenue generated by the issue and use of this card to the aforementioned organisation.
  • And you can take part in draws just for using it!

The Visa Medicus Mundi card is aimed at those who wish to collaborate with the organisation. You do not even have to pay to help!

If you already have a Visa Classic, you can change it for a Visa Medicus Mundi or have both.

    At CAN, the half-yearly standing charge for your card is waived if you use it to pay €1,500 or more within six months. If you don't use the card for 12 months, the half-yearly maintenance fee is €3 euros

    Copy of card (loss, breakage or damage attributable to customer), as of the second card change: €3.

    If you have a debit card and a credit card, and you pay €2,500 or more between them within six months, then the half-yearly standing charge for the debit card is waived. If at least €1,500 of this amount is paid using the credit card, then the standing charges for both cards are waived.

    And all these fees and charges… where do they go?
    With Civic banking, €30 of every €100 profit made from fees and charges go towards social project work, chosen by our customers via the ‘You choose: you decide’ initiative.

  • Charges and interest:
    • No interest paid on amortisation of 100% of the amount owed at the beginning of the next month.
    • Amortisation options from 1,50% (minimum €30), 10%, 20%, 25%, 33%, 50% to 100%, with a monthly charge of 1.75% of the amount pending for amortisation payments of less than 100%.
