Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and regulations relating thereto, the relevant parties, having been informed for such purposes, authorise the incorporation of their data into the records held by BANCA CIVICA, S.A., manager of said records, with the corporate address Plaza de San Francisco nº 1 – 41004, Sevilla. They likewise authorise the handling thereof in order to service and manage requests for information about products and services, as well as to facilitate communication and the contacting of the relevant parties, including by electronic means.

They are also advised of their options for revoking consent and exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, under the terms provided for in the applicable legislation, by contacting Customer Service in writing at Paseo de Recoletos 37, 28004 Madrid or via email at (sac@bancacivica.es). Any changes to the data supplied, must be communicated to the manager of the records, and the veracity and accuracy of the data provided must at all events be answered for at all times.
