Telephone service

    In order to identify yourself, you can use:

    • Your Clavenet user codes.
    • Your Clave card number.
    • The alias you have chosen as identification.
    • Your telephone number informing us the number of the terminal you will normally use to access the Caja Navarra Line.

    Together with your user identification, we will supply you with a password, which will allow you to identify yourself and perform a wide range of operations.

    SIGNATURE

    To make certain operations more secure, such as operations involving fund movements, you will also be supplied with a signature password. This is supplied automatically by our computer system and allows you to perform all kinds of transaction, modify passwords or carry out other sensitive operations.

    Failed access attempts, involving both password and signature, may be an indication of identity fraud. In such an event, Caja Navarra will proceed to block the operation.
