Security

The security of your operations also depends on you. Here are a few recommendations which you should keep in mind

  • Caja Navarra will never request your password or signature by telephone or e-mail. Should you receive such a call or communication, do not provide any information and get in touch with your branch office or ring the Caja Navarra line 948 222 333 – 902 468 000
  • Caja Navarra never requires your electronic signature on the CivicaNet access page. If at any point, the system requests your electronic signature, it is because your computer has a virus. Do not connect from this computer and get in touch with your branch office or call the Caja Navarra Line 948 222 333 – 902 468 000
  • Nobody should be able to find out your password or signature. Do not disclose them or write them down in an easily accessible place.
  • Take the measures you consider necessary so that nobody can see your passwords when typing them in.
  • If you share a computer with other users, we recommend that you delete the cache memory on your browser and deactivate functions which allow passwords to be saved automatically.
  • CivicaNet will never request your full electronic signature, only random positions from it. Never enter your full electronic signature. If the system requests your full signature, disconnect from CivicaNet and get in touch with your branch office or call the Caja Navarra Line 948 222 333 – 902 468 000
  • You must connect from a “secure” computer, with updated antivirus, etc. Avoid connecting from cybercafés, etc.
  • You must check that the page you access is the right one. You must check that you are on a secure page (https).
  • You can configure alerts to your mobile phone or e-mail informing you when you connect to CivicaNet or when a transfer has been performed in your account. You can configure these alerts when you have accessed CivicaNet.
