If you want to manage your accounts via our web site, at www.civicanet.es then you can operate with total confidence because your data cannot be deciphered by anybody.
All operations on CivicaNet are performed through secure servers, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which guarantees the SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY of all operations carried out.
In order to operate, CivicaNet requires a set of passwords which only you know. These passwords prove your identity to Caja Navarra and their use validates any orders given.
- User identification
Each User ID is unique and unrepeatable. It is supplied by Caja Navarra and consists of a contract number and an abbreviated user name (e.g. 20114BGARCIAL). - Password
Your password, together with your electronic signature, is supplied in a personal envelope which Caja Navarra gives you on formalising the contract. In order to access CivicaNet, you must supply your ID and password. These identify you and allow you to access a wide range of information about your accounts. - Electronic signature
An electronic signature is also provided to enhance the security of certain operations. It is issued and sent automatically by our computer system and not even our employees can find out what it is. This allows you to perform money transactions of all kinds or perform operations which involve fund movements.
Failed access attempts, involving incorrect password or signature, may be an indication of identity fraud. In such an event, Caja Navarra will proceed to block your passwords. Remember that to guarantee your privacy, you should change the password and signature you are first given as soon as possible. We recommend that you do this the first time you access the system. It is your responsibility to keep, change and not disclose your password and signature to third parties. In order to perform certain operations, we will request an additional password in addition to your electronic signature. This additional password will be sent to the mobile phone number you have given us or generated by a token (password generation device)
