In order to confirm operations in customers’ accounts (e.g. making transfers, fund operations, etc.), the system requests random electronic signature positions.
In order to perform certain operations, an additional password in addition to electronic signature positions may be requested. This additional password is sent to the customer’s mobile phone number or generated by a token (password generation device)
Some of the operations for which this additional password may be requested: Transfers, mobile top-ups, etc.
The additional password can be generated in two different ways:
- Messaging the password to the mobile phone number in the CivicaNet user’s contract.
- Generated by a Token – This is a device which generates passwords. When the additional password is requested, press the only button on the device and the number appears on the screen.
