  • Can I consult all my correspondence via this service?
    You can consult most of the documents which Caja Navarra sends you, although you will continue to receive those documents which by formal or legal definition must be sent by post.
  • Will I stop receiving letters by post when I request the service?
    If you wish, you can stop receiving letters by post and can consult your documents on-line. If you choose the ‘activate by e-mail’ option, we will send you notifications to your e-mail and you will no longer receive post at your address.
  • Can I start receiving correspondence by post again?
    You can ask to receive postal deliveries again whenever you like.
  • And what if I need a document on paper?
    You can consult it or print it out. But if you haven’t got a printer or need an official justification, you can get a copy at any branch office or by asking for one from our 24-hour telephone service on 948 222 333.
  • Does the service cost anything?
    The On-line correspondence service is totally free of charge. You only need to be a customer of CivicaNet, our electronic banking system.
