Register for the CivicaNet on-line correspondence service

To consult your correspondence on-line in the most comfortable and easiest way imaginable, proceed as follows:

1. Access the service with your personal CivicaNet, passwords. If you are still not a customer, then register for CivicaNet free of charge right now.
2. Press the register for the service option in the correspondence section.
3. You must accept the general conditions and sign with your CivicaNet electronic signature.
4. You then have three possibilities when it comes to consulting your correspondence:
   • Consult documents: Consult your correspondence as much as you like.
   • Activate by e-mail: If in addition to consulting your correspondence, you wish to receive an e-mail of each new notification, you must indicate an e-mail address for us to send your correspondence to. With this option, you will stop receiving post at your address.
   • Cancel post: You can ask for the delivery of documents to your address by post to be cancelled. You can always consult your correspondence at CivicaNet and can receive postal deliveries again whenever you like.
5. The service is available once the option you choose is activated and you can use it as soon as movements take place in your account which we have to inform you about.
