Mobile credit top-up
If you have a Clavenet contract you can top up your mobile phone from any telephone, mobile or landline, whatever operator you use.
Ring 948 222 333 or 902 468 000 and ask for "Mobile top-up.
One of our agents will deal with your call and ask you for the following information:
- User name of your Clavenet contract and the random positions of your access password (the ones you use on Internet)
- Operator
- Mobile phone number
- Amount of credit to be added
- The account you wish to pay from
- Random positions of your electronic signature to confirm the operation
If you are a Caja Navarra customer and still do not have a Clavenet contract, then visit your usual branch and ask your personal banking officer for one or register right now on-line.
