If you use a pay-as-you-go phone and start to run out of credit, then you can top up from your mobile phone itself by sending a text message or connecting up with `Can mobile´:
- Top-up by text message
In order to top up credit from your mobile, you first need to configure the option at www.clavenet.net Mobiles/Top-up from mobile/Register alias, and enter the phone number you wish to add credit to, the relevant card, operator and a name to be used for topping up credit (alias).
When you want to top up, text 2054 RECT "Alias" "Amount" con to 215101 and you will automatically receive a message from your operator informing you of the credit on your phone and another message from Caja Navarra confirming the operation.
- Top-up via `Can mobile´
Type the following url into your phone: www.can.es/movil and select Clavenet. Enter your user name and access password, and select Accounts/Phone top-up. Select your operator, enter your phone number, the amount to top up with and the account you wish to pay from.All you have to do then is enter your electronic signature to confirm the operation and see how your credit automatically increases.
In order to access this service, you need to have a Clavenet (electronic banking) contract, nuestra banca electrónica.

If you are a Caja Navarra customer and still do not have a Clavenet contract, then visit your usual branch and ask your personal banking officer for one or register right now on-line.
