CLAUSE

Consent clause. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the intervening parties, having been informed to the effect, authorise the inclusion of their data in the electronic files of CAJA NAVARRA, owner of the file, whose head offices are at Av. Carlos III, n 8 - 31002 Pamplona.
Likewise, they authorise the automated processing of all of the data arising from any consultation regarding, application for or contracting of any product or service performed or which has been performed through CAJA NAVARRA, or from any transaction or operation realised, in order to deal with customer requests, commercialise products and services, evaluate authorisers, prevent fraud or maintain contractual relationships.
Likewise, they give their express consent to receive commercial communications by electronic mail, telephone or post concerning financial products and services commercialised by CAJA NAVARRA. The intervening parties accept that their data may be transferred solely and exclusively in order to satisfy purposes directly related to the purpose for which they were requested to entities fundamentally devoted to finance, insurance, real estate, distribution or sale of consumer products, leisure or entertainment belonging to the Corporate Business Group* of Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra, to investee companies or any other with which CAJA NAVARRA reaches an agreement of collaboration. Likewise, they are informed as to the opportunity they have to exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation or opposition on the basis of the provisions of applicable current legislation by contacting, in writing, the Customer Service at Avda.
