Caja Navarra’s 2009 CSR report is the sum of three documents:
- 2009 Social Responsibility Report, in GRI format
- 2009 CSR Key Indicators Scoreboard (CCI-RSC, in Spanish)
- 2009 XBRL-CSR Report
1. The 2009 Social Responsibility Report, in GRI format is written in accordance with the most demanding standards: the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Guidlines, ‘A GRI Checked’ level, and the Financial Sector Services Supplement.
2. . The CSR Key Indicators Scoreboard (CCI-RSC, in Spanish) is a pioneering initiative this year to attain automatic comparability between companies, following the model proposed by the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA, in Spanish). Caja Navarra is the first company in the world to do this.
3. The 2009 XBRL-CSR Report is also a pioneering initiative. Caja Navarra has published, for the second straight year, its XBRL-CSR Report (last year, we were also the first company in the world to do this).
Also noteworthy is the external assurance of the three documents, conducted by Ernst & Young: a ‘reasonable’ assurance in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standards which correspond to a ‘high’ assurance, according to the 2008 version of the AA1000 AS.
