For the fourth year running, Caja Navarra has written up its Social Responsibility Report in line with the most demanding international standard for such documents: version G3 of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)

The Report has been externally assured by the independent body AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification), obtaining the GRI "A+ Checked" qualification, confirming that it applies the guideline principles and contents to the full. It contains improvements and important new features compared to previous years. For example, it highlights the implementation of Civic Banking and Social Innovation as Caja Navarra’s global strategy in 2007, thereby totally aligning the organisation’s overall strategy with its CSR policy.
It was written using an indicator-response format, in literal observance of the GRI guide, in order to provide information exhaustively, comparably and transparently, and to facilitate the location of the information readers are looking for.
