In 2008 and, once again, in 2010, Caja Navarra was awarded the Recognised for Excellence 5 Stars seal, the highest award of those currently bestowed by the European Foundation for Quality Management. This acknowledgment identifies organizations which have an excellent overall management in all fields and, in this case, it ratifies the management model within the Banca Cívica framework.
This European award, granted in Spain by the Club for Excellence, it recognises companies, regardless of type and sector, size and structure, whose management systems integrally and coherently embrace strategic positioning, work models and fields of results.
