Canfirming
This is an administrative-financial service which is provided by a financial entity to a customer company and their suppliers. The financial entity manages payment of the company’s debts to their suppliers, confirming this payment with them and also offering them the possibility of collecting these debts early. Potential customers are large companies.
The financial entity’s intervention permits both sides to make the incoming and outgoing fund flow more flexible. The supplier can later become a customer of the financial entity if they accept the conditions offered to advance the amount owed by their customer.
Canfirming requires an invoice, accepted by the customer, which should mature between a minimum and a maximum of working days.
