Requirements:
- Accredit the ownership of the land, construction project and planning permission.
- Attach a financial feasibility report for the project, specifying the costs for building, completion schedule, sales price of the houses and financial development of the operation.
- Accredit contracting a Ten year Insurance policy for damage to the building and a Fully Comprehensive policy for the constructio.
- Economic-financial data for the person requesting the financing.
The loan characteristics will vary depending on the project analysis and the rating for the requesting company.
Conditions can be made for the loan as long as justification is presented for the investment being made.
