Account deposit surety
Endorsing advance against price makes it easier to sell houses before they have been completely built, as easily as possible, by guaranteeing the sum advanced against the price by the buyers.
They are accommodated by law 57/68 on unprotected housing so that the promoter would comply with the standard in force.
Individual certificates are issued to each of the recipients for the guaranteed amount, so that they get full security .
Subrogation coordination
Within the Real Estate Financing Unit, we have sufficient human and technical means so that the prorogation process is done as easily and tidily as possible with the consequent advantages for the Promoter.
Once the sale of a house financed by Caja Navarra has gone through, the recipient of this house is assigned a supervisor within the Caja Navarra network, to achieve greater success in the subrogation leading to the consequent profit for the Promoter.
