This new tool, known as the BUSINESS COOPERATION DATABASE, is a European Union on-line data base de to help SMEs looking for partners abroad.
At present, the data base contains more than 2,700 active cooperation profiles, representing considerable critical mass when it comes to establishing successful business partnerships.
The BUSINESS COOPERATION DATABASE is decentralised, working through a network of Euro Info Centres which act as correspondents in the Member States and numerous third-party countries.
As a correspondent of the BUSINESS COOPERATION DATABASE, the Business Internationalisation Support Service provides interested companies with a simple, cost-free system through which to transmit their collaboration proposals and to access the information available at any given time on the cooperation offers/requests of companies from other regions or Member States.
