Likewise, they give their express consent to receive commercial communications by electronic channels, telephone or post concerning financial products and services commercialised by Caja Navarra.

The interested parties accept that their data may be transferred solely and exclusively in order to satisfy purposes directly related to the purpose for which they were requested to entities fundamentally devoted to finance, insurance, real estate, distribution or sale of consumer products, leisure or entertainment belonging to the Corporate Business Group of Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra, identifiable on the CAJA NAVARRA Web site or at any of the bank's branch offices, to investee companies or any other with which CAJA NAVARRA reaches an agreement of collaboration.

Likewise, they are informed of the opportunity they have to withdraw their consent and to exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation or opposition in the terms provided for in applicable current legislation by contacting, in writing, the Customer Service at Avda. Any modification to the data supplied should be reported to those responsible for the file, the supplier being responsible, in all events, for the veracity and accuracy of the data supplied at all times.
