Virtual POS

  • Complete the request form for the virtual SPT.
  • The Caja branch will contact the business to determine the conditions and sign the contract to install the SPT.
  • The branch will process the request and register the business in the system.
  • Within a couple of days the business will be sent the payment gateway by email. This consists of personalised software, produced exclusively for the requesting business. A technical instruction manual will also be sent by email to set it up on your website.
  • The total of the operations carried out everyday will be paid into the business’s account every night. The charge corresponding to the commissions agreed in the contract will also be applied in the same account.
  • An email will also be sent giving details of the payments made correctly during the day. There is also the possibility of communicating payments in real time specifically for business activities which require this such as downloading software or music online, selling numbered tickets, etc. There is also a consultancy service regarding the operations carried out, over the Internet with the possibility of reimbursements if required, by means of restricted access to the business owner protected by “password”.
