Physical POS

  • Complete the request form for the physical SPT.
  • The Caja branch will contact the business to determine the conditions and sign the contract to install the SPT.
  • The branch will process the request and register the business in the system.
  • Technical personnel will come to your business to install the SPT. The business should have a socket available for this and a telephone connection at the place they want to install the device.
  • The technical personnel will also give any necessary training, run a demonstration showing how the device works and provide an instruction sheet.
  • All the operations carried out everyday will be paid into the business’s account at night. The charge corresponding to the commissions agreed in the contract will also be applied in the same account.
  • In the event of any technical or administrative problem, the business can call the Caja’s Telephone Bank, tel: 948 222 333, where they will be given assessment, sending out a technician if necessary.
