The Visa Gold card makes funds available for your purchases and allows you to withdraw cash and use automatic cashpoint machines.

  • Make high-street purchases.
  • Buy tickets for shows and events on-line or by telephone.
  • Withdraw cash from banks.
  • Use cashpoint machines:
    • Withdraw cash.
    • Pay money into accounts (cash / cheques).
    • Ask for balances and reports.
    • Top up mobile phone credit.
    • Top up prepaid cards.

  • Caja Navarra cashpoint machines and branches.
  • Euro 6000 cashpoint machines and branches.
  • Servired and 4B cashpoint machines.
  • Maestro/MasterCard Worldwide cashpoint machine network.
  • Cirrus worldwide cashpoint machine network.
  • Eufiserv (European Savings Banks) cashpoint machines.

In the high street:

  • Accepted in all Spanish shops.
  • Accepted throughout the Maestro/MasterCard worldwide high-street network.

  • Half-yearly standing charge:

    At CAN, the half-yearly standing charge for your card is waived if you use it to pay €1,500 or more within six months.

    Copy of card (loss, breakage or damage attributable to customer), as of the second card change: €3.

    If you have a debit card and a credit card, and you pay €2,500 or more between them within six months, then the half-yearly standing charge for the debit card is waived. If at least €1,500 of this amount is paid using the credit card, then the standing charges for both cards are waived.

    And all these fees and charges… where do they go?
    With Civic banking, €30 of every €100 profit made from fees and charges go towards social project work, chosen by our customers via the ‘You choose: you decide’ initiative.

  • Charges and interest:
    • No interest paid on amortisation of 100% of the amount owed.
    • The debt accrued is settled as of the first day of the next month according to the formula you choose. You can amortise 1.5% (minimum €30), 10%, 20%, 25%, 33%, 50% or 100%.
    • Monthly charge for deferred payment: 1.75%.
    • Charge for transfer from card credit to a Caja Navarra account in your name: 3% (minimum €3).
