CAN Loyalty, helping business develop and hold on to talent
At one of the Viálogos seminars, companies asked CAN how, in such times of crisis, they could hold on to the talent they had invested in.
In just one month, CAN has responded to this request with a product which focuses on the development of professionals in their companies and aims to strengthen bonds between the two.
At the Viálogos seminar held on the 2nd of July, a number of companies asked CAN for financial formulas which could help them develop and hold on to talent during such difficult times. In just over a month, CAN has come up with a product, CAN Loyalty, which combines:
- Viálogos.CAN Talent: business financing to cover the cost of qualified staff (R&D and innovation) and to finance contributions to the product CAN Loyalty Bonus. The maximum sum available stands at €200,000.
- CAN Loyalty Bonus: an insurance policy which allows companies to hold on to talent through a bonus which the employee cashes in if he/she stays at the company.
CAN wants its business customers to enter into the same undertaking which it itself has adopted with its employees and which is one of the 10 main objectives of its Strategic Plan Cantera 2007-2010.
