The members of the Eurecan Community are now represented as they truly deserve. On the 10th of April 2008, the MOMA Meeting Room in Madrid was full of entrepreneurs who had gone to choose their president: André Vanyi-Robin. André beat the other candidates following a tough electoral battle in which they all presented their plans for the Eurecan Community. You can find out about these on our blog: http://blogs.cajanavarra.es/eurecan/.
The mandate of Vanyi-Robin, the first president of the Community, will last for two years. He will communicate progress and strategies via the Eurecan blog and will meet other European entrepreneur representatives every three months.
The governing body of the Eurecan Community has now been constituted and 8 vice-presidencies have been created:
- Internationalisation
- Institutional support
- Business opportunities
- Women/Immigration
- Communications/Marketing
- Support to entrepreneurs
- Networking
- Budgets/Auditing
