Large Company Management Centres
- - We manage the day-to-day of Large Companies, speeding up and ensuring all their operations.
- - We process everything regarding Large Company credit.

Parafinancial services:
- - Parafinancial products offer financing alternatives to companies through Factoring, Canfirming, Leasing and Renting.
- - Through Factoring, companies assign their customers’ invoices and use advance invoice payment as a form of financing. This also means that the risk of non-payment is covered.
- - Confirming is a payment and advance payment collection service which makes it possible to lengthen the period of payment to suppliers, providing these with financing and guaranteed collection.
- - The range of options is complemented with machinery and vehicle Leasing and Renting solutions.

Structured Financing:
We mainly:
- - “Structure” special financing operations for companies not catered for through the usual channels due to their complexity or the large amounts involved: Project Finance (Infrastructures, renewable energies, etc.), Corporate Risk (Investment, debt restructuring) etc. “Structuring” means analysing the project/company, negotiating the financial conditions best adapted to requirements with the customer, managing the operation, preparing, presenting and “selling” the operation to other entities (if it is necessary to share the amount), coordinating the external consultants needed for the process (the legal consultant to write up the contracts, at minimum) and coordinating the sealing of the operation.
- - Analyse the special operations that other entities have structured for CAN customers and which we are invited to take part in (these may come from the customer or the entity managing the operation).
- - Oversee the syndicated operations (through several entities) we manage, acting as intermediaries between the financial entities and the customer.
