Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra’s Annual Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2009 was passed by the Bank’s Board of Directors at the meeting held on the 31th of March 2010.

You can find the document in the same format in which it was presented to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) at the Commission's own Web site. This format is subject to a set of presentation requisites established by the CNMV and only permits information to be included in the boxes and under the headings enabled for the purpose on the official report layout. All additional notes believed relevant must be set out in a specific section (section K) at the end of the document and, consequently, separate from the information which they refer to.

In order to make reading the Report more comfortable, Caja Navarra has decided to publish a version of the Report on this site in which this complementary information appears under the relevant headings. It has also added a General introduction to the report to make access to its contents easier. This version has a more reader-friendly graphic presentation. The contents are the same as those which feature in the document presented to the National Securities Market Commission, which can be accessed via the following link
