The purpose of the Regulations of Organisation and Internal Operation is to complement the regime regulated by the managing structure of Caja Navarra as established in its Statutes. Within its boundaries, special attention is paid to the procedure for the choosing and appointment of the members of the managing bodies.
The final draft of these Regulations was passed by the Board of Directors of Caja Navarra in the session held on the 24th of June 2011.
