Law 26/2003 of the 17th of July introduced significant measures to promote the transparency of Entities which issue securities marketable in official secondary markets, including the publication of an Annual Corporate Governance Report and the obligation of these Entities to have a Web site. The Second Additional of the Law extended both obligations to Savings Banks which issue securities marketable in official securities markets.

In implementation of the cited Additional Provision, Order ECO/354/2004 of the 17th of February was announced and, finally, in implementation of this Order, Circular 2/2005 of the 21st of April was issued by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), in which the obligation of Savings Banks to publish on their Web sites the Relevant Facts of the financial year in progress and the previous year, together with their Annual Corporate Governance Reports, was established.

On its own initiative and beyond legal requirements, Caja Navarra wishes to offer its investors and customers as much information as possible about its structure, economic-financial activity and Corporate Governance.
