Caja Navarra brings you the Cancha24 service, a new way of understanding your relationship with your bank, exclusively available to new on-line customers, which allows you to contact your financial officer through a range of channels and social networks, such as MSN Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, Skype...

If you become a Caja Navarra through the bank’s web site now, then you can make the most of this new service, as well as all the advantages of Civic Banking. CAN wants to make working with the bank quicker and easier by opening up all the advantages of Internet, while still providing the personal level of service you get at a branch office.

In order to receive personalised service from the Cancha24 team, you need to become a Caja Navarra customer through our Web site. The registration form asks for your Skype, Facebook, Twitter or MSN Messenger ID details, which we need in order to work with you through these channels.

When you have signed up and become an on-line customer, you will be allocated a personal financial officer, who will be at your disposal by phone, e-mail and the other channels you indicate.
